Vice-Chancellor of the University of Glamorgan

Julie Lydon took up the position of Vice-Chancellor of the University of Glamorgan in 2010. She was previously the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic Development) at the University. She is also Chair of the Reaching Wider First Campus consortium – an alliance of HE and FE institutions in South East Wales working on widening access initiatives; she is a member of the HEFCW Learning and Teaching Committee and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
