The Office of Fair Access will set out today what universities who want to charge more then £6,000 for tuition fees have to do in return to get more students from poor backgrounds onto their courses.
Libby Aston, director of the University Alliance which represents 23 business focused universities, gives her reaction to the prospect of increased fees.
