FT: Student loans extended to postgraduates in Budget

Postgraduate students are to be given greater access to student loans to help improving access to education.
Coverage of the budget 2016 in the Financial Times also featured comment from Chief Executive Maddalaine Ansell, who urged the government to consider accounts for students that allow them to access finance throughout their entire working life.
“Support for life-long learning is essential if we are serious about boosting productivity and creating opportunity for all,” she said.
