BBC News: ‘Class divide’ in university entry exams

Chief Executive Maddalaine Ansell was featured in coverage of the new report from the Social Market Foundation with University Alliance and Pearson, Vocation, Vocation, Vocation.

The report calls for greater recognition of the ‘important contributions’ of vocational entry routes to higher education (HE).

Maddalaine Ansell said there had to be support for vocational alternatives to A-levels as a route into higher education – so they did not “end up being dead-ends”.
